Some of the stories reflect my concern for the Human Race – to which I still at least partly belong to – and the Human Condition in general. Other stories are rather comical and right out funny, at least I myself was laughing out loud when writing them! (Is that called LOLing nowadays?)I owe great thanks to many people (see Acknowledgements - Thank You and below) and many prolific Science Fiction authors: Isaac Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke, Carl Sagan, Jules Verne, H. G. Wells, Frank Herbert, Octavia E. Butler, Stanislav Lem and Kim Stanley Robinson to name a few.I wish to dedicate this book to my Father Nils Mustelin who in 2004 A.D. joined the Universal Mind. I hope and pray that he is looking down on me and all of us, smiling and nodding his head. Perhaps his thoughts are echoing in the vastness of the Universe: Nicholas, my son, I knew you could do it. I will see you some day and you will see that it is beautiful out here! I dont know if you can hear him, but Im sure he is out there, somewhere...I also want to thank my wonderful brother Tomas Mustelin and his lovely wife Julie for their fantastic help and support! Thank you so much guys, I could never have done it without you!!!!!!A big thanks goes out to my Sensei and Mentor Daisaku Ikeda, President of Soka Gakkai International. By chanting Nam-MyoHo-RenGe-Kyo I have been able to overcome the most unbelievable sufferings, pain and obstacles. No matter what my life holds in store for me, what keeps it all together is my practice of SGI Buddhism. As long as I keep chanting NMHRGK I know that everything will be OK!Finally and most of all I want to thank my wonderful wife Christine for her endless patience, undying love and for putting up with me during all my ups and downs. You are the love of my life and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are the reason I am here today and why I keep going on, no matter what obstacles come in our way! The abundance of my love for you is more than all the stars in all the Galaxies and all the Universes!!!!!!
